Before moving into L&D, she spent many years as an IT consultant working with a wide variety of clients.

Alfonso Riley

Sr. Learning Technology Consultant, Caterpillar

Alfonso is responsible for Caterpillar Global Dealer Learning (GDL) Division’s Business and Learning Analytics Development, and management and administration of the LRS for GDL’s learning ecosystem. With more than 13 years’ experience in instructional design and training facilitation, his main focus is on technical product training and dealer product support workforce development for Latin America.

Sarah Lindsell

Global Chief Learning Strategist, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

Sarah Lindsell, global chief learning strategist at PwC, is responsible for the learning ecosystem that encompasses the tools, technologies, and methodologies that power learning across the PwC network. Tobias Washington serves as the director of learning experience, design and technology at CHRISTUS Health. He leads a team of learning designers, technologists, and content developers to create innovative learning experiences—which includes architecting and optimizing the enterprise talent management suite of technologies and its digital ecosystem. He also leads the organization’s technical, digital, and social learning strategies.
