Subprocessor Disclaimer

Watershed may use the following subprocessors in the provision of some or all of the application services we provide to our clients (this list may be updated by us from time to time):

any third-party hosting infrastructure provider we may require in the performance of the Services (Watershed currently uses Amazon Web Services in Ireland and the United States)
any Client Relationship Management system provider we may require in the performance of the Services (Watershed currently uses Salesforce to manage its client accounts);
any processor we may require in the provision of a client support ticketing system to register any support queries relating to the Application (Watershed currently uses Zendesk and Atlassian);
any processor that serves as a Mail Transport Agent involved in the delivery of email to end-users (Watershed currently uses Pardot)
any processor that ingests data from our systems for the purpose of monitoring services (Watershed currently uses Papertrail)
any processor offering secure, offline, backup solutions (for some of its services, Watershed currently uses Google Drive)
any processor offering survey delivery solutions for the purpose of market research and product feedback (Watershed currently uses SurveyGizmo)
any processor that serves as a notification and collaboration hub for client requests and product management (Watershed currently uses Slack)
any processor that serves to manage communication and collaboration during the implementation of the application (Watershed currently uses Basecamp)
any processor that facilitates video and audio communication with clients and prospects (Watershed currently uses GoToMeeting)
